We place great emphasis on pursuing and obtaining insurance coverage for our clients wherever possible, often by initiating Declaratory Judgment actions to defeat insurance company disclaimers such as “late notice.” Our members also have extensive experience handling high-value commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, and employment disputes, as well as specialized areas such as entertainment and Truth-in-Lending claims.
