Cynthia Halm is a seasoned litigator. Prior to joining Cornell Grace P.C., Mrs. Halm handled complex commercial litigation matters, representing a number of high-profile clients, including financial institutions, corporations and government entities in a variety of securities and business disputes. She represented leading automobile manufactures in products liability matters. Mrs. Halm has also handled administrative law matters, internal employee matters, and worked as a prosecutor in New York City agencies.
Mrs. Halm obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Halm was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and worked an internship for then US District Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor.
