Nadia F. Rahman joined Cornell Grace, P.C. in 2022. Ms. Rahman handles a wide range of complex litigation matters from inception through trial or pre-trial resolution. Ms. Rahman’s practice includes the representation of developers, contractors, educational institutions, municipal entities and other businesses in high-value construction accident, premises liability, products liability and automobile liability cases in both state and federal courts. Consistent with the firm’s emphasis on aggressively pursuing favorable risk transfers, Ms. Rahman also addresses contribution, common law indemnity, contractual indemnification and insurance coverage issues as part of her commitment to achieving the best possible result for every client in every matter.
Prior to joining Cornell Grace, Ms. Rahman spent several years as trained litigation paralegal, and later as an associate attorney with prominent New York defense firms where she gained valuable litigation experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, oral arguments and trial preparation.
Ms. Rahman is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Rahman obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and paralegal certification from St John’s University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and later earned her law degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
