Alexander F. Schwall
Alexander F. Schwall joined Cornell Grace, P.C. in 2018. Mr. Schwall has significant experience as a trial attorney. He has handled cases throughout all stages of litigation from inception through resolution or trial, both in New York and in Georgia. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County (NY), where he prosecuted criminal offenses ranging from D.W.I. and drug possession to assault. Prior to joining Cornell Grace, Mr. Schwall practiced as a civil litigator in Atlanta, GA representing multinational banks, consolidated debt purchasers, and other financial lending institutions.
Mr. Schwall is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Georgia.
Mr. Schwall graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012 with a degree in psychology and economics. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Alex was a member of both the Mock Trial and Moot Court programs during law school and was selected as a member of the Lumpkin Inn of Court – an Atlanta-based organization comprised of 3rd year law students, practicing attorneys and members of the judiciary. Selection to this organization is based upon demonstrated aptitude for, and/or success in, the fields of trial practice and appellate advocacy.
