Keisha A. Parker
Keisha A. Parker has extensive experience in handling all stages of complex civil litigation and product liability matters on behalf of manufacturers and distributors of various powered industrial machinery, such as forklifts, drill presses, interior high-speed doors and commercial food processing equipment. Ms. Parker has also been involved with a number of catastrophic injury and death cases in which a product was alleged to have been defectively or negligently designed. She has defended automobile manufacturers in high consequence design defect, crashworthiness and warranty matters, and defended utilities and other companies faced with personal injury, wrongful death and property damage lawsuits in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. Ms. Parker’s application to the New York Bar is pending.
Ms. Parker graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2000. She received her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2008 and her LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2010. Ms. Parker is also a 2012 graduate of the ABA TIPS/ABOTA National Trial Academy.

Ms. Parker has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in Personal Injury – Products: Defense in 2017. She was also selected as SUNY New Paltz 40 Under Forty award recipient.
